This policy explains what personal data we handle when you use the Immersive Real Estate website, why we handle it, who receives it, and how you can exercise your rights, whether you live in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom, Switzerland or the United States.

Contact form messages pass through our form provider, Web3Forms, and may be processed outside Switzerland and the EU/EEA under Standard Contractual Clauses.
The website immersiverealestate.app is provided by Beforz Sàrl ("Beforz", "we", "us"), entered in the Geneva Commercial Registry (Registre du commerce de Genève) under company identification number (UID/IDE) CHE-221.245.347, having its registered office at Rue Rodolphe-Toepffer 8, 1206 Genève, Switzerland. For the personal data described in this policy, we are the data controller (a "business" under California law).
We are established in Switzerland, so this policy follows the Swiss Federal Act on Data Protection (FADP). Where the GDPR or the UK GDPR applies to visitors located in the European Economic Area or the United Kingdom, we follow those rules too.
This policy covers the pages of this website, including the Website Environments page. The Immersive Real Estate app for Apple Vision Pro is covered by its own privacy policy, which will be made available on this website and in the App Store listing.
We collect as little as possible. The table below lists every situation in which personal data is collected through this website, what it is used for, our legal basis under the GDPR, and how long we keep it.

Swiss law does not require a separate legal basis for each processing activity, but it requires processing to be lawful, proportionate and transparent. We apply the legal bases shown above to everyone, as good practice, and they are the ones that count for visitors in the EEA and the United Kingdom.
We do not use your data for automated decision-making or profiling, and we do not use it for advertising.
3. The contact form
When you send a message through the form, your browser sends the form fields directly to our form provider, Web3Forms, which forwards them to us by email. In practice:
Required fields. Name, email address and message are needed so that we can answer you. Without them the form cannot be sent. You can also write to us by email instead.
Consent. The form can only be sent once you tick the consent box. The box is not pre-ticked. Your consent, and the version of this policy you accepted, are recorded with your message.
Withdrawing consent. You can withdraw your consent at any time by writing to info@immersiverealestate.app. Withdrawal does not affect the lawfulness of processing carried out before it. We will then delete your message, unless we must keep it by law.
Sensitive information. Please do not put health data, payment card or bank details, government identifiers or other sensitive information in your message.
Our form provider. Web3Forms acts as our processor under its Data Processing Agreement. According to its documentation it stores submissions on infrastructure hosted by Amazon Web Services, encrypted at rest, and deletes them automatically after 3 years at the latest. Spam filtering services used by Web3Forms may receive your IP address and email address (see section 5).
4. Cookies and similar technologies
The pages of this website set no cookies of their own, do not use local storage to track you, and load no analytics, advertising, social media or tag manager scripts. Fonts are hosted on our own domain, so your browser does not contact Google or any other font service. Images and our own videos are served from our own domains, immersiverealestate.app and beforz.com. The only exception is the YouTube video described below.
YouTube video. The Website Environments page offers a demo video hosted by YouTube, a service of Google. We use a two click solution: the page first shows only a still image served from our own domain, and nothing is requested from YouTube until you press play. The player then loads from YouTube's privacy enhanced domain (youtube-nocookie.com). From that moment YouTube may place cookies or similar identifiers on your device, and it receives your IP address, browser and device data and information about how you use the video, under the Google Privacy Policy. We have no control over this processing and we do not receive this data. Pressing play is your consent to it. If you prefer not to give it, simply do not press play: the rest of the website works the same.
Our hosting infrastructure may apply strictly necessary technical measures (for example security or load balancing) that do not require consent. If we add analytics or any other non-essential technology in the future, we will ask for your consent first, update this policy, and honor browser opt-out signals such as Global Privacy Control.
5. Who receives your data
We never sell your personal data. It is accessible only to the people at Beforz who need it to answer you, and to the service providers that run the tools described here:
Web3Forms (operated by Web3Creative, based in India): form processing and forwarding of your message to our inbox.
Web3Forms infrastructure providers, as listed in its Data Processing Agreement: Amazon Web Services (hosting, storage and email delivery), Cloudflare (content delivery and security), Hetzner Online GmbH (infrastructure in the European Union), and the spam prevention services CleanTalk and Akismet (Automattic), which may receive the IP address and email address of the person submitting the form.

Google (YouTube), only if you press play on the demo video: it receives the data described in section 4 directly from your browser and handles it under its own privacy policy.

6. International transfers
The data you send through the contact form is processed by Web3Forms, which operates from India and relies on providers in the United States, Germany, Finland and other countries where Amazon Web Services and Cloudflare operate. Where personal data from Switzerland, the EEA or the United Kingdom is transferred to a country that does not offer an adequate level of protection, the transfer is covered by the Standard Contractual Clauses adopted by the European Commission (Decision 2021/914) and, for the United Kingdom, the UK International Data Transfer Addendum. These are incorporated in the Web3Forms Data Processing Agreement, which covers transfers from the EEA, the United Kingdom and Switzerland. You can ask us for information about these safeguards at info@immersiverealestate.app.
If you press play on the demo video, your browser connects directly to YouTube (Google), which may process data in the United States and other countries. Google describes the safeguards it applies to international transfers in its own Privacy Policy. This connection is made at your request and does not go through our systems.
Switzerland benefits from an adequacy decision of the European Commission, so personal data can be sent from the EEA to us without further safeguards.
7. Your rights (Switzerland, EEA, UK)
Under the Swiss FADP, the GDPR and the UK GDPR, you have the right to:
access the personal data we hold about you and obtain a copy;
have inaccurate data corrected or incomplete data completed;
have your data erased, in the cases provided by law;
restrict our processing of your data in certain cases;
receive the data you provided in a structured, commonly used format (portability);
object at any time to processing based on our legitimate interests;
withdraw your consent at any time, where processing is based on consent.
To exercise a right, write to info@immersiverealestate.app. We may ask you to confirm your identity. We aim to answer within 30 days. If we need more time, we will tell you why (the GDPR allows an extension of up to two further months for complex requests). Exercising your rights is free of charge.
You can report a concern to the Swiss Federal Data Protection and Information Commissioner (FDPIC, edoeb.admin.ch). If you are in the EEA or the United Kingdom, you may also lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority of the country where you live or work or where the alleged infringement took place, for example the CNIL in France (cnil.fr) or the Information Commissioner's Office in the United Kingdom (ico.org.uk).
8. US state privacy rights
This section applies to residents of California and of other US states with a comprehensive privacy law, such as Virginia, Colorado, Connecticut, Texas and Oregon.
8.1 Scope
Some of these laws apply only to businesses above certain revenue or data volume thresholds. We apply the rights described below to every US resident who asks, whether or not a given law strictly applies to us.

We do not intentionally collect sensitive personal information (as defined by the California Privacy Rights Act and similar laws), biometric information, precise geolocation or protected classification data through this website. Please do not include them in your messages. Retention periods are listed in section 2.
8.3 No sale and no sharing
In the preceding 12 months we have not sold personal information and have not shared it for cross-context behavioral advertising. We do not knowingly sell or share the personal information of anyone under 16. Because we do not sell or share personal information, we do not display a "Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information" link. If that ever changes, we will add the link and honor Global Privacy Control signals as opt-out requests. Playing the embedded YouTube video is your own action: it connects your browser directly to YouTube, which acts under its own privacy policy. We do not receive that data and we are not paid for it.
8.4 Your rights
Know and access: the categories and specific pieces of personal information we hold about you, the sources, the purposes, and the parties we disclose it to.
Delete: ask us to delete the personal information we collected from you, subject to legal exceptions.
Correct: ask us to correct inaccurate personal information.
Portability: receive your personal information in a portable format where the law provides for it.
Opt out of sale, sharing, targeted advertising and profiling. We do none of these, so there is nothing to opt out of.
No retaliation: we will not deny you service, charge different prices or give you a different quality of service because you exercised a right.
8.5 How to make a request or appeal
Email info@immersiverealestate.app with the subject "Privacy request", your state of residence and the right you wish to exercise. To protect you, we verify requests by matching the details you give with the information we hold, for example by replying to the email address you used to contact us.
You may use an authorized agent. We will ask for your written permission and may verify your identity directly with you. We respond within 45 days, and may extend this once by up to 45 more days where reasonably necessary, in which case we will tell you.
If we decline your request and your state gives you the right to appeal, reply to our decision with "Appeal" as the subject. We will answer within the time required by applicable law (generally 45 to 60 days) and, if the appeal is denied, explain how to contact your state attorney general.
8.6 Other US disclosures
California "Shine the Light" (Civ. Code 1798.83): we do not disclose personal information to third parties for their own direct marketing purposes.
Do Not Track (CalOPPA): we do not track you across websites or over time, so there is no tracking for a Do Not Track signal to switch off, and we take no action in response to it.
Nevada (NRS Chapter 603A): we do not sell covered information. Nevada residents may still contact us with any request about their information.
9. Children
This website is intended for adults and professionals. It is not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children under 16 (or under the age of digital consent in your country) and, in the United States, from children under 13 as defined by the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act. If you believe a child has sent us personal data, contact us and we will delete it.
10. Security
The website and the contact form are served over HTTPS, so your data is encrypted in transit. Our form provider states that stored submissions are encrypted at rest, and access to our inbox is restricted to authorized people. If a data breach affects your rights, we will notify the competent authorities and, where required, you. This includes the FDPIC as soon as possible where the risk is high (Swiss FADP), the competent supervisory authority within 72 hours under the GDPR, and the authorities and individuals concerned under US state breach notification laws.
11. External links
This website links to other sites, for example beforz.com. Those sites have their own privacy practices, and this policy does not cover them.
12. Changes to this policy
We update this policy when our practices or the law change. The date at the top shows the latest version. When a change is significant, for example a new analytics tool or a new category of recipients, we will make it visible on the website and, where required, ask for your consent again.
